About
My practice focuses on sense of self, sexuality, meaning and meaninglessness, and the impact of trauma. I sincerely enjoy working with individuals navigating these realities. I specialize in identity, sexuality as an existential expression, and existential distress, and am committed to supporting people confronting the isolation in uncertainty as well as understanding the uncertainty itself. I am also drawn to working at the intersections of intimacy, identity, and belonging, particularly when these vital expressions of selfhood include queerness, nontraditional relationships, or kink.
I believe people move through the world in ways that make sense to them. It is human to enact what we know, and to adapt emotions to stressful events. In therapy, I explore unconscious patterns that emerge in relationships with self and others, and how people interpret or give meaning to their stories. Our lives unfold within environments—family dynamics, loneliness, gender expression, violence, or cultural roots—and I work with people to understand how we are shaped by these contexts.
Alongside my clinical practice, I participate in the Society for Existential Analysis, an international community dedicated to exploring the human condition. This affiliation reflects my commitment to working with people through the lenses of self, meaning, and belonging.
I aim to co-create a therapeutic space marked the coexistence of curiosity and safety, making room for a more meaningful life. I draw from existential, psychodynamic, relational, and evolutionary frameworks. Therapy with me is less about technique and more about encounter — direct, curious, and with a bit of humor.
